Answer:

Given,

Length of rectangle is 7times the breadth of rectangle.

=} let, the breadth of rectangle be x

=} length of rectangle is 7cm + x

Given, Perimeter of rectangle is 126cm

we know that,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( length + breadth)

=} 126cm = 2( x + 7 + x)

=} 63cm = 7 + 2x

=} 56cm = 2x

=] x = 28cm.

therefore, length of rectangle = 28 + 7 cm = 35cm

Breadth of rectangle = 28cm.

We know that,

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

=} 35×28 = 980cm^2

therefore, area of triangle with given measurements is 980cm^2

Answer:

Let length and breadth be l and b respectively.

So, l = b + 7

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

126 = 2(b + 7 + b)

63 = 2b + 7

2b = 63 - 7

2b = 56

b = 28

Now, l = 28 + 7 = 35.

Area of rectangle = l × b.

= 35 × 28

= 980cm^2

Hope it helps you.
