means 2 (a+b)=5x
and breadth = x
so 2 (a+x)=5x
or 2a=3x
now area = 216 cmsquare (given)
or ab=216
or (3/2*x)x=216
or x^2=(216*2)/3=72*2=144

so breadth=x=b=12
