The ratio between an exterior angle and interior angle of a regular polygon is 1:5, find:
a) the measure of each exterior angle
b) the measure of each interior angle
c) the number of sides of the polygon

b) 150 degree
c) no.of sides of the polygon = 360÷30=12

anindyaavdhi321: The ratio is 1:5 and the sum of exterior and interior angle is 180 because they form a linear pair. In the question 180 has been divided into 6 parts so take each part to be x and now the ratio becomes 1x:5x . When you add the ratio it becomes 6x and 6x is equal to 180 in this question so x is 30.
