Find :-

  • Length of rectangular block .

  • L = length .
  • B = Breadth
  • H = Height

Now, let .

  • Length be = 3x
  • Breadth be = 2x
  • Height be = x

keep value,

==> Total surface area of rectangular block = 2(3x.2x + 2x.x + x.3x)

==> 352 = 2(6x² + 2x² + 3x²)

==> (11x²) = 352/2

==> 11x² = 176

==> x² = 176/11

==> x² = 16

==> x² = 4²

==> x = 4 .

Hence

  • Length be of Rectangular block = 3x = 3×3 = 12 cm
  • Breadth be of rectangular block = 2x = 2×4 = 8 cm
  • Height be of Rectangular block = x = 4 cm.
