Answer:55

Step-by-step explanation:

In vessels A:- petrol=20*(2/5)=8

                      Spirit=20*(3/5)=12

In vessels b:- petrol=21*(3/7)=9

                       Spirit=21*(4/7)=12

In vessels c:- petrol=x*(5/11)=5x/11

                       Spirit=x*(6/11)=6x/11

Total petrol=8+9+(5x/11)=17+(5x/11)

Total spirit=12+12+(6x/11)=24+(6x/11)

Ratio of petrol: spirit= [17+(5x/11)]/[24+(6x/11)]=7:9

                                     (187+5x)*9=(264+6x)*7

                                     1683 +45x=1848+45x

                                       3x=165

                                       x=55
