Let CSA of cylinder = 3x

TSA of cylinder = 4x

CSA of cylinder = 2πrh

TSA of cylinder = 2πr(r+h)

2πrh/2πr(r+h)=3x/4x

h/(r+h)=3x/4x

Height = 3x

Radius + Height = 4x

Radius + 3x = 4x

Radius = 4x-3x = x

Ratio between Height and Radius

3x/x =3/1 =3:1
