TSA=2πr(r+h)
according to the question
CSA:TSA = 2:3
= 2πrh / 2πr(r+h)
h/r+h=2/3
cross multiple
3h=2x(r+h)
3h =2r+2h
3h-2h = 2r
h = 2r
now, in ratio 1:2
TSA=2πr(r+h)
