GIVEN :-

• Ratio between the exterior angle and interior angle of a

        regular polygon = 1 : 2

TO FIND :-

• Measure of exterior angle

• Measure of interior angle

SOLUTION :-

    Let ,

    Exterior angle = x

    Interior angle = 2x

   We know that sum of an exterior angle and an interior angle is 180° .

 

                 $\longrightarrow\sf x+2x=180\\\\\longrightarrow 3x =180\\\\\longrightarrow x = 180\div 3 \\\\\longrightarrow \bf x = 60$

• Exterior angle , x = 60°

• Interior angle , 2x = 120°
