let the length and breadth of the rectangular field be x hectares and 3x hectares respectively.
so,by the condition, 3x^2=3/4
=>x=1/2
so the length and breadth of the rectangular field are 1/2hectare and 3/2 hectares respectively.
so the perimeter of the rectangular field =2 (1/2+3/2) hectares
=4 hectares.
hope it helps you.....
