Here is your answer
Let the l and b be 4x and 3x
so 2(3x+4x)=112
7x=112/2
x=56/7
x=8
So length is 4x8=32
Breath is 3x8=24
Area=L x B. =32 x 24 = 768 sq cm

Hope it helps you

Given ratio of the length and breadth of the rectangle = 4:3.

Perimeter of this rectangle=112cm.

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2×(l+b)

Let the length of the sides be x

112= 2×(4x+3x)

112=14x

X=8

Length of the rectangle= 4x=32 cm.

Breadth of the rectangle=3x=24 cm.

Area of rectangle =l x b

= 32×24

= 768 Sq.cm.
