Then the height of cylinder be 3x

According to question

Volume of cylinder=22/7×2x×2x×3x

1617 =22/7×4x^2×3x

1617×7=22×12x^3

X^3=1617×7/22×12

X^3= 42.875

X= cuberoot 42.875

So x= 3.5cm

Then radius= 3.5×2=7cm

Height=3.5×3=10.5

Total surface area of cylinder=2×22/7×7(7+10.5)squarecm

=44×17.5squarecm

=770 square cm.
