Answer:-

Let the length of rectangular plot= 5x and the breadth of rectangular field = 4x

According to question

Area=500m

=25x×4x=500m2

=5002025

x=5

Length=5x=5×5=25m

Breadth=4x=4×5=20m

Perimeter of the rectangle=2(25+20)=2×45=90m

hope itz help you...❣️

Answer:

Solutions :-

Given :

The side of the rectangle plot in the ratio is 5:4

and its area is equal to 500 sq. m

Let the length and breadth be 5x and 4x respectively.

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

=> 500 = 4x × 5x

=> 500 = 20x²

=> 500/20 = x²

=> 25 = x²

=> √25 = x = 5

Therefore,

Length = 5x = 5 × 5 = 25 m

Breadth = 4x = 4 × 5 = 20 m

Find the perimeter of rectangular plot :-

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length + Breadth)

= 2(25 + 20) m

= 2 × 45 m

= 90 m

Hence,

Perimeter of rectangle plot = 90 m
