third proportional x 

so ,

x/30 =30/12 

or

x= 30^2/12 

x= 75 

mean proportional y 

9/y = y/25 

or

y^2 = 9x25 

y = 15 

so required ratio is

x/y = 75/15 

or

x/y = 5 :1 ans
