Step-by-step explanation:

Given The ratio in which i+2j+3k divides the jion of -2i+3j+5k and 7i-k is

  • Given The ratio in which i+2j+3k divides the jion of -2i+3j+5k and 7i-k is
  • Now i + 2j + 3k will be (1, 2, 3)
  • Also – 2 I + 3 j + 5 k will be (- 2, 3, 5)
  • Now 7 I – k will be (7, 0, - 1)
  • Now equating we get 7x – 2 / x + 1
  • So 7 x – 2 = x + 1
  • Or 6 x = 3
  • Or x = 3 / 6 = 1 / 2
  • Therefore the ratio will  be 1 : 2
