The ratio of Darjeeling tea as to Assam tea is 2:5.

Price of Darjeeling Tea = 32kg (Given)

Price of Assam Tea = 25kg (Given)

Price at which mixture is sold = 32.40 (Given)

Let the CP of the mixture be = x

Thus,

P × 120/100 = 32.40

= p × 32.40 × 100/120

= 27

Now, by the allegation method -

32 - 27 - 25

2 - 25 - 5

Required ratio = Price of Darjeeling Tea / Price of Assam Tea

= 2/5

Thus, the required ratio is 2:5
