Answer:

Let the ration be m1 :m2

A(x1,y1) = (-5,-4)

B(x2,y2) = (-2,3)

Coordinate of P = (m1x2+m2x1/m1+m2 ,  m1y2+m2y1/m1+m2)= (-3,y)

-3 =  -2m_{1} - 5 m_{2} /m_{1}+m_{2}

-3m_{1} -3 m_{2} = -2m_{1} - 5 m_{2}

Therefore m_{1} = 2 m_{2}

Hence,

m_{1} /m_{2} =2:1  is the answer

It took a lot of efforts.
