\sf Amount  \: of  \: 50p \:  coin \\  =  60  \times 4  \times 50\\  = 12000 \:  paisa \\  = Rs. 120

\sf Given: Denominations  \: of \:  coins= 25p, 50p \:  and Rs. 1

_____________________________________

\sf let

\sf ⇒: Number \:  of \:  25p  \: coins = 8x

\sf  ⇒: Number \:  of \:  50p \:  coins = 4x

\sf  ⇒: Number \:  of \:  Rs. 1 \:  coins = 2x

\sf  According  \: to \: the \:  Question

8x + 4x + 2x = 840

14x = 840 ,  x=  \frac{840}{14}

x = 60

\sf So, \:  Amount \:  of  \: 25p \:  coin  \\ = 60  \times 8  \times  25  \\ = 12000 \:  paisa  \\ = Rs. 120

\sf Amount \:  of  \: 50p  \: coin  \\ = 60  \times  4  \times  50 \\  = 12000 paisa \\  = Rs. 120

\sf Amount \:  of  \: Rs. 1 coin  \\ = 60 × 2  \times  1 \\  = Rs. 120

\sf \bold { Total Amount = 120 + 120 + 120  = Rs. 360 }

\sf \bold \pink { ∴Therefore, c }
