Ratio of side = Length : Breadth

Length : Breadth = 2 : 3

•°• Length = 2x

Breadth = 3x

Given, Perimeter = 150 cm

But , perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( Length + Breadth )

•°• 2( Length + Breadth ) = 150

2 ( 2x + 3x ) = 150

2 × 5x = 150

10x = 150

x = 150/10

x = 15

Length = 2x = 2 × 15 => 15 cm

Breadth = 3x = 3 × 115 => 45 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

let the length be 2x and breadth be 3x

perimeter of rectangle is 2 ×(2x +3x)

150 = 2× 5x

150 /2 =5x

75 =5x

75/5 =x

15 =x

value of x is 15 so, length is 2×15 =30

breadth is 3×15 =45
