According to question,

2(l + b) = 700 cm

2(4x + 3x) = 700 cm

2(7x) = 700 cm

7x = 700/2

7x = 350

x = 350/7

x = 50

Hence the length is = 4x = 4 × 50 = 200 cm

And, width = 3x = 3 × 50 = 150 cm
