ACCORDING TO QUESTION,

Ratio of adjacent Sides = 2:3

let \: common \: multiple \: be \: x \\ \: let\: base \: be \: largest \: side \\ therefore \\  \\ base \:  = 3x \\ other \: side \:  = 2x

perimeter of parallelogram=2(l+b)

50= 2(l+b)

50= 2(5x)

50=10x

x=5cm

base = 3x

= 3×5

= 15cm

Ar.parallelogram=base × altitude

= 15 × 10

=150 cm^2
