area = 450m {}^{2}  \\ base = 1x \\ height = 2x \\ area \: of \: parallelogram = 1  \div 2 \times b \times h \\ 450 = 1 \div 2 \times x \times 2x \\ 450 \times 2 = 2x {}^{2}  \\ 450 \times 2 \div 2 = x {}^{2}    \\ 450 = x {}^{2}
