Solution :-

Let the Number of boys in the class be 3x

Let the Number of girls in the class be 5x

According to the Question :-

↦ Sum of Students = Total Students

↦ 3x + 5x = 32

↦ 8x = 32

↦ x = 32/8

↦ x = 4

∴ Number of Boys = 3x = 3 × 4 = 12

∴ Number of Girls = 5x = 5 × 4 = 20

⇢ 3x + 5x = 32

⇢ 3 × 4 + 5 × 4 = 32
