the answer for this is that it is true that the pis is the ratio of circumference/diameter but as we know we cannot measure the circumference accurately to each decimal point and thus we do not get the equivalent value of circumference that can be 10.35256353.... thus we cannot get the exact value and we conclude the value of that ratio and we get the value of pie too long and thus it is irrational
