the ratio of copper and zinc in an alloy is 5:7. if the alloy contains 35.5 gram of copper, how many gram of zinc does it contain



the correct answer is 49.7 gram. just need explanation how this answer came i hope u can help me

ATQ 5:7::35.5:x
So 5x=7*35.5
X=!49.9 gm
