The ratio of Copper and zinc in an alloy is 9 : 5. If the weight of copper in the alloy is 48.6 gm, find the weight of zinc in the alloy

Ratio is 9:5 . Therefore ratio of copper = 9x. And ratio of zinc = 5x. Weight of copper = 48.6 . 9x = 48.6 . x = 48.6/9 . x = 5.4 . Weight of zinc = 5x = 5(5.4) = 27 If you satisfied mark it brainliest :)
