K:1

Explanation:

As per Coulumb's law,

F = k \frac{q_{1} q_{2}}{r^2}

where,

F is the force,

q_{1} &q_{2} are the charges over the allowance of free space and

r is the distance

To determine,

Force of air = q_{1} &q_{2}/4π∈_{0} r^2 ...(i)

To determine,

Force in dilectric constant:

F_{d} = = q_{1} &q_{2}/4πK∈_{0}r^2 ...(ii)

On dividing (i) by (ii), we get;

F_{air}/F_{d} = K/1

Thus, the ratio among the two spheres is K:1.
