 \:  \: Given :-

The ratio of father's age to his son's age is 8:

5. The product of their age is 1440. The ratio

of their ages after 6 years will be

 \:  \: Solution :-

let father's age be 8x and son's age be 5x

40x^2 = 2580

x^2 = 64.5

x = 8

age of father = 8x = 64

age of son = 5x = 40

ratio of age 4 year ago = 60:36 = 15:9 = 5 : 3

ratio is 5:3
