father's present age =7x years
son's present age=3x years
now 7x×3x=756
21x^2=756
x^2=756/21
x^2=36
x=6
their present age 7×6=42 years and 3×6=18 years
ages after 6 years......
48 years and 24 years
ratio=48/24=2/1
so ratio will be 2:1
