\large\mathcal\red{solution}

let h1 and h2 be the height of the cylinders

 \frac{h1}{h2}  =  \frac{2}{5}

now let the radius of both equal base cylinder is =r

now curved surface area of both cylinders are....

a1=2πrh1

a2= 2πrh2

therefore....

 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{2\pi \: r \: h1}{2\pi \: r \: h2}  =  \frac{h1}{h2}  =  \frac{2}{5}

therefore the ratio of their curved surface areas is equal to the ratio of their height i.e., 2:5
