If there are 4x atoms,

   ³⁷₁₇Cl = 1x

   ³⁵₁₇Cl = 3x

Fractional atomic mass of Chlorine is :-

     (35×3) + (37×1) / 4

   = 105 + 37 / 4

   = 142 / 4

   = 35  1/2

   = 35.5 amu
