# Given -

KE1/KE2 = 4/9


# Formula -

KE = 1/2 mv^2


# Solution-

Let v1 and v2 be velocities of two bodies.


Thus,

KE1 = 1/2 mv1^2 ...(1)

KE2 = 1/2 mv2^2  ...(2)


Dividing (1) by (2),

KE1/KE2 = (v1/v2)^2

4/9 = (v1/v2) ^2

v1/v2 = 2/3


Therefore, ratio of velocities of two bodies is 2:3.
