perimeter of the rectangle = 220m

2(l+b)=220m

2(7x + 4x)=220m

2(11x)=220m

11x=220m/2

11x=110m

x=110m/11

x=10m

length=7x=7*10m

=70m

breadth=4x=4*10m

=40m
