Perimeter of the rectangular field=192m

Now,perimeter of a rectangle is 2(l+b)

2(7x+5x)=192

24x=192

x=192/24

x=8

Thus,length of the field =7×8=56m;breadth=5×8=40m

Area of a rectangle is l×b

56m×40m

2240m²

Thus area of the rectangular field is 2240m²
