l:b=3:2

P:A=5:9

let l=3x and b=2x

P=2(l+b)

=2(3x+2x)

=2(5x)

=10x

A=3x(2x)

=6x^2

P/A=5/9

10x/6x^2=5/9

(30x^2=90x)÷10

3x^2=9x

3x^2-9x=0

X(3x-9)=0

3x-9=0

3x=9

X=9/3

X=3

breadth=2x=2(3)

=6metre
