Let the lenght be 3x and Breadth be 2x

Area= l*b

Perimeter= 2(l+b)

Area/Perimeter = 9/5

Hence = (3x*2x)/[2*(3x+2x)] = 9/5

6x^2/10x = 9/5

3x/5 = 9/5

x = 3

So breadth of the rectangle is 2x = 6m
