Answer:

Let the length and breadth of the plot be 71x metres and 61x metres respectively.

Then, 71x61x=17324

⇒x²= 17324/71×61 =4⇒x=2

∴ Length =71×2=142m and Breadth =61×2=122m

∴ Perimeter =2(length + breadth)

=2(142+122)=528 m.
