\huge\boxed{\fcolorbox{cyan}{Red}{Solution:-}}.

➡.let, length = x.

Breadth = y.

a/c to que.

5:3=x:y.

=> 3X -5y = 0............(1).

again,

=> x = y+8.

=> x-y = 8...............(2).

[ Subtract (1) - 3*(2).]]

3x -5y = 0.

3x-3y = 24.

- + -

=> -2y = -24.

=>y = 12.

and,

X = 20.

Thus :-

Lenght = 20.m.

Breadth= 12m.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let, length be = x & breadth be y

a/c to question

→5:3=x:y.

=> 3X -5y = 0............(1).

again,

=> x = y+8.

=> x-y = 8...............(2).

[ Subtract (1) - 3*(2).]]

3x -5y = 0.

3x-3y = 24.

-+-

=> -2y = -24.

=>y = 12.

and,

X = 20.

Thus;

Lenght = 20.m.

Breadth= 12m.
