Answer:

length : breadth : height

6 : 5 : 4

lenght = 6x

breadth = 5x

height = 4x

total surface area of cuboid = 2(lb×bh×hl)

1332 cm²= 2(6x×5x+ 5x×4x+4x×6x)

1332 = 2(30x+20x+24x)

1332 = 2(74x)

1332 = 148x

x = 1332/148

x = 666/74

x = 333/37

x = 9 cm

length = 6x

= 6×9

= 54 cm

breadth = 5x

= 5×9

= 45 cm

height = 4x

= 4×9

= 36 cm. answer

thank you

Required Answer:-

Given Information:

  • The ratio of length, breadth and height of a cuboid is 6 : 5 : 4.
  • Total surface area is 1332cm²

To find:

  • Length of the cuboid.

Answer:

  • The length of the cuboid is 18cm.

Solution:

Given that,

Ratio of length, breadth and height of a cuboid is 6 : 5 : 4.

Let,

Length of the cuboid = 6x.

Breadth of the cuboid = 5x.

Height of the cuboid = 4x

Total Surface area is calculated by using the formula,

➡ T.S.A of Cuboid = 2(lb + bh + lh)

Given that,

Total surface area = 1332cm²

So, according to the given condition,

➡ 2(lb + bh + lh) = 1332

➡ 2{ (6x × 5x) + (5x × 4x) + (4x × 6x) } = 1332

➡ 2(30x² + 20x² + 24x²) = 1332

➡ 74x² = 1332/2

➡ 74x² = 666

➡ x² = 666/74

➡ x² = 9

➡ x = √9

➡ x = 3

Hence, Length of the cuboid = 6x = 6 × 3 = 18cm which is our required answer.
