Let x be the common ratio
then length and width be 5x & 3x
perimeter=2(L+B)
P= 2(5x+3x)
P= 16x......(I)
P = total cost of fencing/rate of fencing
P = 3200×2/8
P =800
now from ...(I)
16x=800
x=50
so sides are 5x=5×50=250m and
3x= 3×50= 150m
cost of developing area 10rs / m2
area = 250×150=37500m2
cost = 37500×10
= 375000
