Therefore, 5x + 3x = 64 ltrs
Therefore 8x = 64
Therefore x = 64/8
= 8 ltrs
Therefore milk in solution = 5x = 5 × 8 = 40 ltrs
Therefore water in the solution = 3x = 3 × 8 = 24 ltrs
