70 L of 2:3 mixture contains 2/5th part milk and 3/5 th part water i.e. 28 L milk and 42 L water
Similarly 70 L of 3:4 mixture contains 30 L milk and 40 L water
Thus total volume of water in final mixture
= 42 + 40 = 82 L
And total volume of milk in final mixture
= 28 + 30 + 100 = 158 L
Therefore ratio of milk to water = 158:82 = 79:41
Similarly 70 L of 3:4 mixture contains 30 L milk and 40 L water
Thus total volume of water in final mixture
= 42 + 40 = 82 L
And total volume of milk in final mixture
= 28 + 30 + 100 = 158 L
Therefore ratio of milk to water = 158:82 = 79:41
