I(1)= moment of inertia of a solid sphere about axis passing through its center

= 2/5 MR^2

I(2)= moment of inertia of a solid sphere about axis passing through its tengent

=2/5 MR^2 +MR^2 = 7/5 MR^2

I(1) : l(2) = 2 : 7
