Let the original number of nurses be x
Then, original number of doctors is 2x
Given,
(2x - 45):(x - 15) = 1:5 \\ 5 \times (2x - 45) = 1 \times (x - 15) \\ 10x - 225 = x - 15 \\ 9x = 210 \\ x =23.33

Since x is not an integer, pls check values given in ur question
