Answer:15/7

Step-by-step explanation:

Given in village X,

M/F=(11/7).........................(1)

And, in village Y,

(M+20%of M)/(F-12% of F)=M'/F'=?

From (1), 7M=11F

Or,M=(11/7)F

From (2), {M+(20/100)M}/{F-(12/100)F}=M'/F'

Or, {M+(M/5)} / {F-(3/25)F}=M'/F'

Or, (6M/5)/(22F/25)=M'/F'

Or, {6*(11/7)F/5} / {22F/25}=M'/F'

Or, {(66/35)F}/{22F/25}=M'/F'

Or, (66/35)×(25/22)=M'/F'

Or, (3×5)/7=M'/F'

Therefore, M'/F'=15/7
