Let say Patients undergoing surgery  = 14P

then Patients surviving surgery  = 11P

percentage of patients who survives the surgery​  = (11P / 14P) * 100

= 1100/14

= 550/7

= 78.5 %

percentage of patients who survives the surgery​  =  78.5 %
