Denominator = 19 + 1

                      = 20

⇒ Now, the denominator is 20 and the numerator is the ratio.

Affected = 19/20

Death = 1/20

⇒ At last, we have to multiply the fraction by 100 to find the percentage.

Affected = 19/20 × 100

              = 19 × 100/20

              = 1900/20

              = 95%

Death = 1/20

          = 1 × 100/20

          = 100/20

          = 5%

Therefore, Affected percentage is 95% and death percent is 5% by COVID-19.
