hola!
Ratio of radii = r : R = 1 : 2
→ Let r = x and R = 2x
Ratio of height = h : H = 2 : 3
→ Let h = 2x and H = 3x
Volume of the first cylinder = πr²h = π(x)²(2x) = 2πx³
Volume of second cylinder = πr²h = π(2x)²(3x) = 6πx³
Ratio of their volumes = 2πx³/ 6πx³ = 1 : 3
hope it helps! :)
