R1/R2 = 1/3

V1 = 50cu cm

volume of  cylinder \: is \: prportional \: to \:  {r}^{2}

V1/V2=(R1/R2)^2

50/V2 = 1/3(1/3)

50/V2=1/9

V2 = 9(50) = 450 cu cms
