From the equation of resistance of a wire we know that,
R = ρl/A where
ρ is the resistivity
l is the length
A is the area of cross section
From this equation,
RA/l = ρ
Hence
l ∝ 1/ρ
Therefore,
l₁/l₂ = ρ₂/ρ₁
It is given that
ρ₁/ρ₂ = 2/3 and
l₁ = 10m
Hence
l₂ = ρ₁/ρ₂ * l₁
l₂ = 2/3 * 10 = 20/3
l₂ = 6.66m
