The ratio of sides of triangles are 10:13:17 and it's perimeter is 40cm. What is the area of triangle?​

Answer:

sides of triangle be 10x, 13x and 17x

perimeter of triangle= side+side+side

40= 10x + 13x+ 17x

40=40x

x=1

so sides be 10cm, 13cm, 17cm

area of triangle= 1/2 × base × height

since 17 is large so it work as hypotenuse

so area= 1/2× 10× 13

area= 65 cm²
